io per quello ho abbandonato la grecia 
fai l'italiano , evita di andare a chiedere quando c'è gente , parlaci a 4 occhi e senti cosa dicono, in alcuni posti tollerano molto , in altri sono molto rigidi.

Per chi fosse interessato oggi mi è finalmente arrivata la risposta scritta del "Ministero degli affari marittimi e Polizia insulare", "Direttorato del controllo della pesca sez. A". Ecco quanto scrivono:
SUBJECT : « Information about spearfishing ».
REL. : Your email from the 26/01/2018.
In response to your email, we would like to inform you that according to the article 14§2 of 4256/2014 (Government Gazette 92A΄) Greek law, the amateurs’ fisheries licenses have been repealed, so you are not obliged to bring any kind of lisence (personal or boat΄s) reguarding the conduction of amateur fishing.
Take into consideration that the terms and conditions concerning amateur fishing are given by the national and European legislation (P.D. 373/1985 (Government Gazette 131A΄)and Regulation (EC) 1967/2006, as have been modified). In addition of the national and European legislation above mentioned, you should know that it is possible additional local prohibitions, concerning amateur fishing, may apply, so therefore you should address to the port authority of the region you intend to practice in order to be informed.
