part 23 is air restrictor
part 13 is body throttle
sensor 16 is throttle position sensor (only a potentiometer)
sensor 18 is manifest atmospheric pression (only ajust air/mix with atmospheric pression)
sensor 19 is manifest air temperature (only adjust air/fuel mix with air temp)
so if you remove air restrictor there is no sensor to say to the ecm (injection calculator), that there is more air in the intache manifold, so it s very dangerous for motor life because air/fuel mix will be lean!
so i think that you must have the 60 efi ecm
mix air fuel not lean it is impossibile
because sens 18 e sens 19 aps and temp sens
give tehe corret fuel
